We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 7 days on all sets that weft have not been unfolded, worn, or tampered with. For wigs, Lace should be intact and hair unwashed. When you receive the order. If the hair quality&hair color&hair length is not right, please email us on our website to help you,and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
HERE ARE SOME FAQ IN REGARDS TO OUR RETURN POLICY:
1. Delivery on the way:
<1> Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .
<2> Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local DHL to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.
2. Unsuccessful delivery:
<1> If the parcel isn't delivered successfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We won't take response for any loss caused
<2> If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund. Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the item.
3. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Pls contact us first on our website and let us know your order number. then we will provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund.
Note: Please ship the package back through USPS, which is more affordable shipping fee and will not have custom problem, as that can greatly expedite the process.
4. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
We will provide a RETURN period on unopened hair within (7) days of the date that you receive your hair.
5. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with USPS, because mynicewigs.com will not be responsible for lost returns.
Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
6. MAY I RETURN MY MYNICEWIGS WITHOUT CONTACT YOU?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
7. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
