  • How To Measure Your Head? Here are 3 simple tomwasure your head cprrectly:
    * Before you measure your head,make sure to flatten your hair,use a cloth tapemeasure and do not pull the tape measure,just rest it over or around your head.
  • 1. Measure around your head atthe hairline the "around your head" size of every wig can be adjusted up to 1"larger or smaller to ensure a secure a secure fit . the tape should be just above the ear and along your natural hairline.
  • 2. Measure your head from the top of one ear across the top of the head (crown) and to the top of the other ear.

    Normally, we(seller) bear the shipping fee, that means, free shipping for buyer.

    The following conditions will be borne by the buyer:

    1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.
    2. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
    3. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

    Helpful Hint:

    1.Normally, the local shippers deliver packages on workday( Mon. - Fri.).Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered to you safely and punctually, it's better for you to choose an address where you can receive the package on workday as the shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open, because the shipper might contact you via phone.

    2.Some shipping services we using should have the customer's signature to be successfully delivered. If we ship the goods to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or your authorized person are at the delivery address.

    If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via e-mail first for return / refund / cancel / exchange.


    1. We recommend you return your package(s) via USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for loss of package or stolen packages. We will not issue return credit without proof of receipt and delivery. You may be responsible for covering shipping costs for return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
    2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and with the product's package attached. If you believe you have received defective and/or incorrect items, please report via e-mail within 15 days upon receipt. Without any prior report/notification, we will not issue the refund. Detailed descriptions, pictures, and/or videos in report email(s) to are helpful in accelerating the return process.
    3. Kindly note that we DO NOT provide shipping label.


    1. If the return is due to our responsibilities (such as incorrect products, quality problems of products, etc.), we will provide a full refund.
    2. If the return is due to the buyer's responsibilities (such as don't like/want, ordering wrong products/sizes), we may remove approx. $20 from your refund as restocking fee/loss of freight/handling fee.
    3. The $20 fee may also be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
    4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification e-mail. We will also notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original method of payments in 3-10 working days. Contact us in advance if you no longer use the original card.
    5. If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact us first. If you return the items without contacting us, or if there is no justifiable reason of a dispute, we may not ensure your refund. 

    Cancel & Change

    1. You can cancel/change your order within 2 hours upon payment, through our customer service e-mail ( We do not guarantee a successful cancellation for requests more than 2 hours after ordering.
    2. Contact us via e-mail if you want to cancel/change your order before shipped out. We may not be able to cancel/change it for you if your order has already been shipped out.

    Why Purchase A Shipping Insurance Fee?

    You can purchase a shipping insurance fee to get a higher reimbursed and faster processing time if the package is lost, stolen, damaged in transit with a courier within 30 days.

    Insurance cost will be refunded to your original payment account when your order is refunded before shipment. Otherwise the insurance cost will not be refunded.

    Regarding Irregular & Excessive Returns

    The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.

    We reserve the rights to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    1. With an irregular or excessive return history, or involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items, etc.
    2. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
